Whether providing direct clinical care, educating clients and families, or ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, you'll play a key role in enhancing the independence, safety, and well-being of our clients.What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Health:Provide Direct Client CareInitiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to ensure client safety and well-being. Monitor and report changes in client conditions, including reactions to treatments or medication, to the physician. Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers on care needs and support them in managing health challenges at home.Maintain Accurate Client Records and BillingDocument all services accurately and promptly using Vivie's EMR system. Demonstrate an understanding of all payer sources and authorization requirements. Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality CareOrganize, develop, and direct skilled nursing services following nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and Vivie's policies. Maintain the highest degree of quality care, customer service, and fiscal responsibility within the Home Health division.Communicate Effectively and CollaborativelyMaintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team. Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery.Other Duties as AssignedParticipation in team meetings, special projects, or assisting in other areas of the organization to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
