Your expertise and dedication will be essential in maintaining patient safety and delivering exceptional healthcare services. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Need 1 year experience in a Med‑Surg setting.
