Quick Facts Location: 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114 Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date: 12/07/2026 Shift: 3x13-hour days (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours/Week: 39 hours/week Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension) Licenses & Certifications: Massachusetts state license; BC in Neurosurgery preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $151.32 Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Collaborate with neurosurgeons and residents to plan patient care Review patient records, manage orders, and coordinate discharges for inpatient neurosurgery cases Provide patient assessments and monitor post-operative and inpatients Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred) Participate in rounding and patient follow-up in a fast-paced hospital environment Ensure compliance with hospital and medical protocols Maintain documentation within the Epic EMR system What You Need Required: Massachusetts state licensure Board certification in Neurosurgery (BC) At least 1 year of neuro-related clinical experience Ability to work Day shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Preferred: Experience removing drains (Hemovac / JP) About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Boston specializing in inpatient neurosurgery care.
