As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and play a key role in our busy service department. About the Role As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly and efficient service from booking through to vehicle collection. Key responsibilities include: Greeting customers and discussing their servicing requirements Scheduling service bookings and coordinating workshop workflow Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance Liaising with technicians to keep customers informed of vehicle progress Processing invoices and handling customer payments Identifying additional service opportunities that benefit the customer Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience This position offers a competitive salary package plus commission, rewarding your ability to identify opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.
