Direct Support Professional (Weekends 3p-11p)

Townsbury Spec is a residential facility for behavioral‑challenged children. We are seeking flexible days and hours, but our primary need is the hours/shift from 3 pm‑11 pm (Monday through Friday or on the weekends). Duties Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans Maintain a clean, safe environment Observe, document, and acknowledge positive behaviors Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency. 1 year or more with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting. Must have a valid driver’s license.
