Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This Leasing Consultant position is for an exciting new lease-up at our Active Adult community in Northglenn, CO. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and help shape the resident experience from the ground up.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $25.00$27.00
Estimated Annual Earnings: $64,000$70,000
Paid Time Off: 5.5 weeks (accrued)
Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
