Senior Associate Quality Assurance

This Senior Associate Quality Assurance role involves sampling and inspection of raw materials and components at a California manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include quality documentation review, instrument operation, data management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma plus 4 years of quality experience, or equivalent education and experience, with GMP knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sample and inspect raw materials and components for quality compliance
- Review and verify quality documentation for equipment and maintenance records
- Operate sampling equipment including balances, drum lifts, and pallet jacks
- Lead small projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain training records and perform data recording and analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus 4 years quality experience
- Associate's degree plus 2 years quality experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 months quality or operations experience
- Master's degree
- Ability to lift and maneuver 30-50+ pounds
- Pass vision assessment for inspection work
- Proficient with documentation systems, databases, and spreadsheets
