We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused General Operator to support daily production activities within a manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or industrial experience who enjoy working in a hands-on environment, operating forklifts, supporting production processes, and contributing to safe and efficient plant operations.

What You Will Do

Production Operations

• Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Operate production and packaging equipment following established procedures.
• Ensure production processes run safely and efficiently.
• Assist with material handling and workflow coordination.

Material Handling

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Support inventory movement and warehouse activities when required.

Safety & Quality

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ High school diploma or equivalent.

✔ Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production environments.

✔ Hands-on forklift operating experience.

✔ Experience working with packaging or production equipment.

✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety.

✔ Ability to work effectively within a team.

✔ Reliable, punctual, and proactive work approach.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Forklift certification.

⭐ Experience in chemical, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.

⭐ Experience operating automated production equipment.

⭐ Basic mechanical aptitude.

⭐ Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
