Member Service Associate (MSA)

Perspire Sauna Studio – Orchard Town Center | Westminster, CO

Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking positive, outgoing, hard-working, and results-driven individuals to join our team. This is a hospitality, wellness, and sales role centered around creating exceptional experiences and helping guests establish long-term wellness habits.

Sales & Lead Follow-Up Responsibilities

Helping guests begin their wellness journey is a major part of this role.

This is a relationship-based sales position. You should feel comfortable starting conversations, building trust, and confidently guiding prospective members toward the solution that best fits their goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Turnover/cleaning of sauna suites as soon as sessions conclude.
• Following up with leads via phone calls and texts
• Making a minimum of 20 outbound calls per shift to prospective guests and existing leads to schedule intro sessions.
• Conducting studio tours for first visits.
• Explaining membership options and recommending the best fit for each guest.
• Confidently asking for the sale.
• Consistently working toward individual and studio performance goals.
• Towel folding

Studio Cleanliness Is A Major Part of This Role

Creating a premium wellness experience starts with cleanliness.

Maintaining an immaculate studio is one of the most important responsibilities of every shift and is a significant part of this position.

Members choose Perspire because they expect a relaxing, luxurious, and spotless sauna suites every time they visit.

You will be responsible for:

• Thoroughly cleaning and resetting private sauna suites after every session.
• Folding, organizing, and restocking towels throughout the day.
• Restocking amenities and supplies.
• Ensuring every room is fully prepared before the next guest arrives.
• Constantly monitoring the studio for cleanliness and presentation.
