Senior Manager, Supply Chain Proximity (North America) Location: New York, USA Salary Range: $152,800.00 to $191,000.00 The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Proximity (North America) will ensure demand, testing, change, adoption and ultimately value creation of the Operations Product portfolio, covering Demand Planning, Supply Chain & Customer Operations processes. The Senior Manager’s products will include Anaplan, ERP, and data warehouse. The person will work with a variety of customers across the company. Key Roles and Responsibilities Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements, arbitrate and challenge claims, and analyze feedback to tailor solutions that align with product offerings. Act as liaison between the business and the incident support team, qualifying incidents and orienting them to right capability teams. Perform roll‑out and change management actions for global products: gather insights, prepare change plans, perform local impact assessments, support test activities with end users, and execute local roll‑out activities. Collect and consolidate metrics/insights to report on value delivered from products at affiliate level. Key Functional Skills Good knowledge in the product domain scope with deep understanding of regional challenges. Mastery of adoption and change management methods & tools. Mastery of testing and deployment methods & tools. Understanding of agile principles and associated ways of working. Collaboration & team spirit. Scope Regional; minimal travel.
