Maintenance Supervisor

Renaissance Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our leadership team at our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Staatsburg, NY .

As our Maintenance Supervisor , you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that the building, equipment, and overall environment are maintained to the highest standards.

Your leadership and hands-on approach will directly support the safety, comfort, and quality of life of our residents while helping our staff work in a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

• Proven experience in hands-on maintenance and facility operations

• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is required

• Experience supervising and coordinating maintenance operations

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
