215 - The Westchester Mall - White Plains, NY Position Overview Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well‑maintained store environment. The representative consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support overall store goals. Process Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management with a guest focus. Locates merchandise effectively and maintains organization. Performs register transactions quickly and efficiently; handles cash and provides change without error. Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents to ensure shortage control and protect company assets. Maintains a safe work environment and reports potential hazards to leadership. Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory. Records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system and remains flexible to the needs of the business. Presentation Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays. Maintains a clean and presentable store environment. Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently; may occasionally need to climb ladders or stairways frequently.
