## Project ExecutiveApplylocations: Shreveport, LAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 13 Days Agojob requisition id: R-11**Job Description:**As a Project Executive, you will provide high level project oversight, leadership to a project management team, setting expectations & objectives as well as all financial aspects of assigned responsibilities. This individual is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, planning and talent development for team members. Develop client relationships that lead to future sales.**Operations Management (Scope & Schedule), Leadership & Strategic Planning**Operations Management:* Ensure the project team manages all project documentation, preplanning, project hand-off, prefab, job set-up, policies, procedures, schedules, resources, etc.* Monitor and oversee project financial performance. Coach and advise PMs and Superintendents in preparation for monthly PM reviews. Attend PM reviews* Monitor, encourage and promote safety on projects* Improve the success of negotiating changes on a given project by coaching, advising and leading team members through the process. Attend negotiations as needed.* Oversee and/or perform pre-construction activitiesLeadership:* Coach, mentor and develop team members* Work collaboratively with other leaders to plan for workforce needs to support and drive the project* Coach and manage performance and goals for team. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and surpass goals* Build and cultivate an effective team to support and drive business goals/objectives* Recruit and interview candidates to build an effective teamStrategic Planning:* Develop, lead and support strategic initiatives for the group, division, and/or company* Actively participate in various corporate strategic initiatives as assigned**Relationships and Sales**Develop, Build & Maintain relationships:* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. (Owners and General Contractors)* Actively participate in industry associations and networking eventsManage Sales Process:* As required, establish industry relationships to ensure project sales growth in the future* Attend customer outings and events* Communicate company interest and capabilities to potential customers for future projects and/or change orders.* Provide leadership and oversight for assigned team proposals, including but not limited to estimating and proposal writing**Cost**Estimation:* Oversee and/or perform estimation process for project requirements and scope changes ensuring the team coordinates with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors* Oversee and/or assist/prepare scope/proposal letterFinancial Management:* Oversee and ensure assigned projects are meeting financial objectives, are tracked, monitored and reported on a regular basis.
