About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and customersTrack shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customersPrepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and logistics reportsResolve transportation and delivery issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records in ERP, WMS, or transportation systemsCollaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teamsAssist with inventory tracking and cycle countsEnsure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
