About Polynt Composites USA Polynt Composites USA is a global leader in the manufacturing of composites, coatings, and chemical intermediates, serving key industries such as industrial, transportation, construction, marine, medical, and consumer goods. Key Responsibilities Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay. Receiving and documenting product for delivery or return. Keeping an inventory of all product entering or exiting the warehouse. Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notifying the supervisor. Ensuring that all product is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping. Managing all merchandise with appropriate care. Assisting with training of newly employed workers. Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination. Routine Job Expectations Demonstrate good teamwork skills in performing all job functions. Communicate openly with Department Managers, Team Managers, and Production Assistant. Support company policies and programs. Assist in training new employees. Perform other duties as designated by Team Manager. Follow all company and department procedures. Use all computer-based systems as required by job duties. Know safety equipment location and use. Work overtime as needed to cover shift requirements. Audit VCS books for completion. Annually audit and review assigned procedures. Assist in ensuring that routine job tasks are completed. Education and Experience HS Degree or equivalent. Work Environment Considerations This job is not appropriate for individuals with chemical sensitivity.
