Conduct evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment strategies

Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment goals, discharge plans, and home care exercises

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with facility standards and regulations

Join interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar degree from an accredited institution

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly preferred

Capability to address complex medical and functional challenges of diverse patients

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
