We are seeking an x-ray certified Dental Assistant to join us!**What You'll Do as a Dental Assistant:*** Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner during all procedures* Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment* Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared* Clean and set up treatment rooms* Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment* Order and organize dental supplies*This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday - Thursday 7AM to 4PM***What We Offer:*** Competitive compensation package that includes health insurance, life insurance, paid & sick time off, holiday pay, and 401k with matching* Potential for monthly performance bonuses! $$* 3 day weekends!* A welcoming and inclusive workplace culture* Dental & Vision Insurance* Disability insurance* Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Account* Employee Assistance Program + Employee Discount Program## Qualifications**What You'll Need as a Dental Assistant:*** Active Dental Radiology Certification in the state of Oregon* 1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is required.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently* Reliability and punctualityIf you take pride in clinical excellence and creating a calm, supportive environment for patients undergoing specialty procedures, we would love to hear from you.
