Your Role:
- Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to enhance recovery.
- Document patient progress and treatment in compliance with clinic policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional clinic environment.
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts PTA license (or ability to obtain one).
- Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Skills & Traits:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply! Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus.
