Smokin' Jack BBQ is looking for motivated, high-volume cooks to join our food truck & special events team for the 2026 season.

Position Details

Role: Mobile Event Cook (Food Truck / Festivals / Catering)
Location: Events across SE Wisconsin must have your own transportation or be able to meet at our Brown Deer HQ
Pay: $10/hr + tips, averaging $17$20+/hr

Who We're Looking For

Experienced grill cook who thrives under pressure
Self-starter & problem solver we need team members who can think on their feet
Must be comfortable with minor prep tasks (slicing, portioning, etc.)
Will assist with load-in/set-up before events and break-down/clean-up afterward
Able to follow recipes and consistently deliver high-quality food
Must be available days, nights, and weekends
Food truck and POS (e.g., Toast, Square) experience are big pluses
Must be reliable and team-oriented
