What you’ll do Classification responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analytical testing: raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, effluent water, and enzyme air monitoring Calculating and communicating batch adjustments Micro testing of in-process materials, finished product, and environmental (i.e. sanitization, water/ air) Support of plant operational departments to resolve quality issues and execute trials Creating computer data base spread sheets and computer generated graphs and advanced word formatting. Utilizing SAP and electronic instrument control systems Provide expertise and input to document control process Maintaining/implementing, repairing/troubleshooting and calibrating/preventative maintenance of laboratory instrumentation, and scheduling recalibration and service. Quality Projects Documenting analytical results and developing S.P.C. charts, summaries, and reports. Managing product and material retains and standards Participate in non-conforming product process: material/finished good control, documentation, closure, etc Tracking and ordering lab supplies, preparing reagents, and check solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
