Overview Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Hospice Care (Contract) Job Type: Contract Job Category: Registered Nurse Work Setting: Onsite Date Range: February 9 – May 9, 2026 Location Oak Brook, IL 60523 2311 W 22nd St, Oak Brook, IL 60523 Schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday No on-call, call-back, holiday, or floating requirements Hours: 40 hours per week Job Summary The Home Hospice Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in a home-based setting across the Central Metro service area. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and prior home health or visiting nurse experience to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to home hospice patients Perform wound care, including management of wound vacs Provide central line care and IV administration Assess patient conditions and document care accurately Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs Required Skills & Experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Home Health or Visiting Nurse experience (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
