HVAC Sales Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Driving HVAC system specifications, the full-time Engineered Sales Manager will build consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, and facility managers while providing technical expertise and support throughout the Houston territory. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure HVAC system specifications Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design, and product selection Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and industry partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, engineering, or related technical sales roles Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with consulting engineers Strong understanding of commercial HVAC products, applications, and industry trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
