This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service.What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.Property MaintenancePerform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.Remove trash and debris from common areas.Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.OperationsMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles.Customer ServiceRespond to resident needs promptly and professionally.Communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.Safety & ComplianceFollow OSHA and company safety standards.Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.Why You'll Love FairfieldWe're all about creating communities that people are proud to call home. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
