Lead a high-growth, high-impact pediatric cardiology program within a premier academic health system. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a nationally recognized physician leader at the Associate Professor or Professor level .

• Division Chief & Heart Center Director with full strategic, clinical & academic leadership
• Oversight of inpatient, outpatient & subspecialty services
• Opportunity to expand a nationally recognized congenital heart program
• Strong support from a large, integrated health system

• Lead & grow clinical, research & education missions
• Recruit, mentor & develop faculty
• Build a robust research enterprise (clinical, translational, outcomes)
• Enhance training programs for students, residents & fellows
• Drive regional outreach & program expansion
• Represent the division in national societies & collaborations

• MD/DO (or foreign equivalent) and state license eligibility
• Completed Pediatrics Residency & Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship
• Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology
• Eligible for Associate Professor or Professor rank
• Proven academic leadership, scholarship & program development

• Practice at a 150-bed tertiary childrens hospital featuring:
  • Only pediatric cardiac surgery & ECMO program in WV
  • Dedicated CICU, PICU, Level IV NICU , cardiac cath & EP labs
• Part of the West Virginia University Health System :
  • 3,400+ beds | 4,600 providers | 35,000+ employees
  • 25 hospitals + 5 institutes
  • Includes:
    • J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital (880-bed flagship)
