Industrial Sewer / Assembly Associate – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Muskego, WI

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Enjoy your evenings free!)

Pay: $17.50 – $19.59 / hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Operate industrial sewing machines and basic hand tools to assemble product components.
Inspect finished pieces for quality, clean stitching, and proper measurements.
Assist with light assembly, material prep, and packing as needed.
Work collaboratively with a small production team to meet daily goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience with industrial sewing, commercial stitching, or precise hand assembly (crafting/upholstery background welcome!).
Ability to wear steel-toe boots/shoes on the shop floor.
Dependable work ethic and strong daily attendance.
Comfortable working with hands and using basic measuring tools.
