The successful applicant will be assigned to several projects simultaneously and will manage each project from beginning to closeout. Responsibilities Assist Sales Team/Estimators with pricing, walkthroughs, bid submittals of new/extra work Preparation for commencement of start of new job, including all documentation and requirements are met Liaison between field and the operations/scheduling department Liaison between engineering department and field Track productivity and financial targets Preparation and submittals of extra work pricing and pricing breakdowns/backup Provide customer service to customer contacts Ensure all work performed is captured, priced, submitted to customer and billed by Accounts Receivable team Requirements Strong administrative skills Detail oriented Ability to multitask Persistent and self-motivated Takes ownership of job tasks and responsibilities Good customer service attitude Technological knowledge and experience, specifically a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in construction industry required (1 – 5 years); experience with scaffolding industry a plus Experience in Engineering a plus Valid state driver's license required Benefits BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
