Senior Accounting Analyst
Salary: $100k – $115k with 20% bonus target

Key Responsibilities
- Lead portions of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow/working capital analysis, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities, including reconciliations, eliminations, and settlements.
- Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence, purchase accounting, account mapping, and post-acquisition integration.
- Partner with operations and leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, and processes.
- Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, automation, audit/internal controls, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Experience with FP&A, intercompany accounting, and M&A exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and multi-entity experience required.
- Oil & gas, distribution, manufacturing, OCTG, or industrial services experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
