Job Overview We’re looking for a licensed barber/cosmetologist who takes pride in their work and makes people feel welcome in the chair. At The Barberville, we value good haircuts, dependable people, and a team that looks out for each other. Beyond cutting hair, we all pitch in to keep the shop clean, greet clients, answer the phone, and help promote the shop on social media. We also offer incentive's like paid Vacations. Along with tier Commissions + Rent options. We use Booksy to schedule online appointments that keep us busy and rebooked. Responsibilities

• Perform haircutting, clipper work, hair styling, beard grooming, shampooing, and razor shaving.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Provide a welcoming experience for traditional, modern, luxury, and family-oriented grooming services.
• Manage a balanced flow of walk-in and appointment-based clients.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean service environment.
• Offer basic product recommendations based on client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state barber/ cosmetology license.
• Cosmetology/ Barber qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of barbering experience.
