What You’ll Do You’ll lead nightly maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability while driving a proactive maintenance culture. From prioritizing work orders to solving critical issues in real time, you’ll serve as the go‑to leader on shift. You’ll implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and help extend the life of plant equipment. Using CMMS tools (like SAP), you’ll plan and track work, maintain accurate records, and support data‑driven decisions. You’ll also partner cross‑functionally on shutdowns, capital projects, and root cause analysis to continuously improve plant performance. Leadership & Impact This role goes beyond maintenance—you’ll build and mentor a strong team. You’ll coach technicians, lead by example, and foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, and teamwork. You’ll play a key role in employee development, training, and engagement while ensuring strict adherence to GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards. Opportunity for growth into Maintenance Manager What You Bring You have 2–5 years of maintenance experience with leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment—ideally food or beverage. You understand mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance planning, and safety compliance. You’re comfortable using CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure when issues arise. A degree or equivalent experience is expected, and technical certifications (electrical, HVAC, welding, boiler, etc.) are a strong plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
