Superintendent - Commercial/Multifamily Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial and multifamily projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, and report any issues to senior management.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and outline next steps.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and meet client expectations.
• Review and approve project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Experience with OSHPD and K-12 projects is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
