What You'll Do

As a Children's Activity Coach, you'll create exciting, positive, and memorable experiences for children.

• Lead organized games, sports, enrichment activities, birthday parties, and special events.

• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

• Explain activities, demonstrate skills, and encourage participation.

• Manage groups of children confidently and professionally.

• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.

• Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and management.

• Set up equipment and follow established safety procedures.

Previous experience in education, coaching, childcare, or recreation is preferred but not required. First Aid and CPR knowledge is a plus.

Schedule & Earning Potential

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $30–$40/hour base pay + eligible bonuses and incentives.

Schedule: Weekday programs and weekend birthday parties or events. Hours vary based on program availability and scheduling.

Potential Base Earnings Over 4 Weeks:

• 4 hours/week = $480–$640

• 6 hours/week = $720–$960

• 8 hours/week = $960–$1,280

• 10 hours/week = $1,200–$1,600
