Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
• Inspect vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans
• Order necessary parts and monitor repair progress
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed on schedule
• Maintain proper documentation and follow DRP and insurance guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous collision estimating experience required
• Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software preferred
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

Open Positions:

• A-Class Body Technicians Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour
• Automotive Painters Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour
• Paint Prep Technicians Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour
• Automotive Detailers Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish. Starting 18.00 per hour
