Overview

Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate III and play a direct role in assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In this hands-on position, you’ll perform essential in-process quality checks, support line issue resolution, and help identify opportunities to improve methods and processes—while maintaining strict compliance with Quality & Regulatory expectations, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

 

Required Skills

• Ability to adhere to safety rules, stretching exercises, and company policies/procedures
• Proficiency in assembling product using small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures
• Ability to perform in-process quality checks and provide timely feedback as issues arise
• Strong focus on 100% compliance to Quality and Regulatory policies and adherence to company Core Values
• Understanding and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Ability to identify and communicate safety, quality, and process concerns
• Experience recognizing and reporting unacceptable materials and/or sub-assemblies to engineering and/or supervisor
• Comfort maintaining controlled environment integrity (proper attire and controlled environment practices)
• Experience participating in lean activities and 5S improvement efforts
• Ability to move between stations without continuous mistakes
• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method sheets
• Basic English reading, writing, and spoken skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to perform electronic systems entry (as required by the role)
• Experience working with small components, adhesives, and microscopes
• Experience working in a clean room environment

 

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with medical device manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience or certification as a trainer, including the ability to train other production employees on manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with terminology used in the production area
• Awareness of common defects in manufacturing departments and how process variations can impact results

 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Experience: 1+ year of manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)
• Experience working in clean room environments
