Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM 7:00 AM | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend



Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week



Work Setting: Critical Access Hospital | Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)

PAY BREAKDOWN

• Weekly Gross: $1,800 To $2,000 /Week

• Blended Hourly Rate: $57/Hour

• Weekly Taxable Pay: $ 1200

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact Multi-State RN License Required

• Minimum 3 Years of Recent Acute Care RN Experience Required

• Current American Heart Association BLS/BCLS Certification Required

• Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification Required

• Strong Adult Medical-Surgical Nursing Experience Required

• Ability to Care for Medical, Surgical, Observation, Swing-Bed, Outpatient, and Occasional Pediatric Patients

• Ability to Perform Comprehensive Assessments, Develop Care Plans, Implement Nursing Interventions, and Evaluate Patient Outcomes

• Ability to Work Night Shift and Every Other Weekend

Additional Requirements

• Primarily Adult Med-Surg Patient Population With Occasional Pediatric Patients

• Pediatric-Only RN Experience Will Not Be Considered

• Holiday Coverage Required

• Flu Vaccination Required With No Exceptions

• Personal Transportation Required Due to Rural Location and Lack of Public Transportation/Rideshare Services

• Travelers Are Responsible for Securing Their Own Housing

• Required Credentials Must Be Uploaded at Least 5 Business Days Prior to Start

• Travelers Start on Wednesdays

• Travelers on a 48-Hour Contract Are Guaranteed 36 Hours During Orientation Week Due to the Midweek Start

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Meditech EMR Experience Preferred

• Charge RN Experience Preferred

• Previous Critical Access Hospital Experience Preferred
