️ DISHWASHER / UTILITY WORKER
U of M Flint – UCEN Café
Picasso Restaurant Group is hiring!
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Utility Worker to join our team at the University of Michigan-Flint UCEN Café .
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish area and kitchen clean and organized
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the café
- Help kitchen staff with basic prep and utility tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to keep daily café operations running efficiently
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Dependable and punctual
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
- Must be available for occasional nights and weekends for catering events
