Compensation: $1805 - $2174

Shift: Mid-Shift with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the nursing process and collaborating with team members to deliver patient care.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in line with nursing standards.
• Documenting patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Conducting assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating care.
• Creating and executing personalized patient care plans.
• Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
• Providing clinical expertise and support to other departments.
• Applying critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience.
• Participating in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in Wisconsin.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• TNCC or TNS certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.

This position involves working in a fast-paced emergency room environment, requiring adaptability and teamwork.
