Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (10+ years) to join our group as a long‑term member of our highly‑respected team. The role involves working across varied project delivery approaches, managing projects through design and execution, and focusing on sustainable engineering solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field Registration as a P.E. required Minimum 10+ years in the HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering field required ASHRAE Certifications and active industry involvement preferred LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA Certifications preferred Energy modeling experience is a plus Experience with MS Office programs Desire to work as a pro‑active team player Exceptional technical writing and communication skills Salary Salary range: $110,000-$134,000 Benefits Comprehensive benefits including a flexible PTO program and a supportive office environment.
