Travel is completed in a company vehicle and includes an overnight stay. Hotel accommodations and eligible travel expenses are reimbursed.Additional travel to Cody, WY is also required; however, this travel does not require an overnight stay.Why Join Us?Relaxed, supportive team atmosphereResponsibilities:Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after procedures.Escort each patient to the operatory in a timely mannerHelp patients feel comfortable before, during and after treatmentAssist in preparing patients for surgery and help monitor vital signs and anesthesia levelsConfirm with medical history with patient and make any necessary changes neededConfirm the patient is aware of and educated on the treatment being performedAssist the oral surgeon by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing any necessary materials during surgery.Accurately document patient information and surgical details into the patient's electronic health record (EHR).Assist with post-operative care instructions and ensure proper follow-up.Stock all operatories and designated sterilization area(s).Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.RequirementsQualifications:Must maintain certification and/or license renewals as required by the state.Must excel in forward thinking to anticipate the needs of the patient and our dental team.May be required to travel between office locations.
