(USA) Freight Flow Associate-3

Position Summary The position is a merchandising associate responsible for operating equipment, maintaining inventory, ensuring safe operations, and providing member service. The associate will support inventory flow, merchandising presentation, safety compliance, and customer engagement in a Walmart Sam's Club environment. What You'll Do Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to company policies. Receive, pick, stage, and deliver merchandise and inventory from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain inventory levels, track goods, and use inventory tools to keep in-stock levels and curtail shrinkage. Perform quality checks: rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out-of-date items, and ensure proper merchandising displays. Conduct safety sweeps, follow hazardous material protocols, and report unsafe situations. Assist members with product selection, resolve member issues, and provide support with self-service technology. Fulfill club pick-up orders, staging items, and perform occasional audits for accuracy. Collate inventory documents and maintain logs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage. Additional compensation may include premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior forklift experience and forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience. Retail experience. Experience supervising a team.
