As our Director of Quality and Patient Safety at MFA, you will lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives that include collaboration between many healthcare professionals in pursuit of clinical excellence and efficiency. Each day, you’ll make data-driven decisions that ensure our patients consistently receive the highest quality of care and experience positive, measurable outcomes.

In this cornerstone leadership role, you’ll analyze data, design and implement strategies for performance improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance quality outcomes, risk reduction, patient safety, and infection control. Your leadership will help strengthen our culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability across the organization.
