We’re hiring a motivated Landscape Crew Leader to run a maintenance crew and deliver top‐tier results for our clients. If you’re a leader, a problem‐solver, and someone who takes pride in your work, this is your chance to step into a leadership role with a company that’s growing fast.
Daily Duties
- Lead a crew on maintenance routes
- Ensure quality control at every property
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment
- Train new crew members
- Track materials, time, and property notes
Qualifications
- Landscape experience; Leadership experience a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
Bonus points if you have
· 3-5 years experience with High End Residential Maintenance
· Hand pruning experience
· Knowledge of Aspire Software
