Director of Finance

Director of Finance AdventHealth DeLand in DeLand, FL is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the preparation of operating budgets, capital budgets, and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of operating budgets, capital budgets, and regulatory reporting. Create tools and reports that transform data into insight for executive and operational management to control costs, manage change, and improve performance. Develop and implement human systems to manage expenses and capital relative to hospital revenues and the overall budget. Ensure transparent management of expenses and capital in relation to hospital revenues and budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or in a related role. Or a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field. Experience with internal control functions, cost report preparation, and auditing. Supervisory or project‑management experience.
