INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

Job TitleJob Description1. Plans, develops, executes and evaluates a comprehensive range of education and training programs.2. Evaluates courses, making adjustments as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback, and input from other instructors.3. Develops and maintains professional contacts with a variety of levels and organizational elements, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD, and other government/non-government agencies.4. Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses.5. Accomplishes special projects: Develops and implements special projects designed to resolve issues, improve education or training, respond to specific taskings, answer internal and external inquiries, or correct deficiencies.
