Overview

Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Candidates must be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and caring for boarder patients in the Emergency Department (ED) .

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Float as needed based on patient census and unit needs
• Care for and manage ED boarder patients awaiting inpatient placement

Requirements:

• Active MA State RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Experience caring for ED boarder patients is required
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
