The Opportunity

Posada seeks a mission-driven Executive Director to lead its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Board, this leader will drive strategy, strengthen operations, and expand impact across Southern Colorado. The role requires a relationship-focused leader experienced in housing, funding, and community systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Lead and execute a multi-year strategic plan
• Foster a strong, inclusive culture
• Advance innovative housing solutions
• Financial & Operational Oversight
• Manage budget and ensure compliance
• Expand and diversify funding (grants, philanthropy)
• Oversee long-term property and capital planning
• Community & External Relations
• Serve as the public face of Posada
• Build partnerships with government and community leaders
• Advocate for housing stability resources and policy
• Board & Team Leadership
• Partner with the Board on strategy and governance
• Lead and develop a high-performing team

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience
• Background in housing, unhousedness services, or related fields
• Proven fundraising success
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

Preferred

• Expertise with Local, State, and Federal grant opportunities
• Connection to or interest in Pueblo
• Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HOME, or CDBG
• Spanish language skills
