Account Executive – B2B SaaS Hunter (100% On-Site)

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Lucrative Uncapped OTE

Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the hunt? Randstad is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing software company to scale their corporate closing bullpen in Fort Lauderdale. We are looking for a high-velocity, metrics-driven Account Executive who thrives on executing a heavy outbound sales engine and closing net-new corporate revenue.

This is a pure hunter role requiring a full-time, 5-day-a-week on-site presence. If you excel at turning cold outreach into closed business and running seamless technical platform demos, this seat is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Outbound Engine: Maintain a high daily rhythm of 80–100+ targeted touches (cold calling, email, and social outreach) to uncover net-new software opportunities.

• Drive Platform Demos: Conduct highly articulate, value-based technical software presentations tailored to corporate decision-makers.

• Manage the Full Cycle: Navigate prospects through the entire sales pipeline from cold source to close using structured qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.

• Collaborate in the Bullpen: Work side-by-side with team members and sales leadership daily in a high-energy, on-site office environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of verified closing success within the B2B SaaS space.

• A proven track record of generating your own pipeline through cold prospecting (no relationship "farmers").

• experience running live software demonstrations and handling technical platform objections.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern CRM sales stacks.

• Absolute alignment with a 100% on-site, 5-day-a-week schedule in Fort Lauderdale.
