Step into a vital support role as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a dynamic school setting. Serving secondary students while embedded on campus, you'll collaborate with experienced teams to help drive positive communication outcomes. The position is an on-site, contract opportunity beginning August 11, 2026, and running through May 26, 2027, offering both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time options (about 30 hours per week). You'll primarily be assigned to one school, with occasional support at a second site.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA professional license required
• Prior school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Must pass state fingerprinting and background check prior to start
• Comfort working with a secondary (middle/high school) caseload—average of 80 students
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to float between up to two campuses as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement speech-language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide direct services individually or in small groups to secondary students
• Maintain thorough service records and progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute relevant findings as requested
• Ensure compliance with all school and state requirements
