Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts. The role requires advanced skills in patient care and management, with a focus on nursing excellence and leadership.

Shift Details

Night Shift: 3 x 12 hours from 1800 to 0630
No set schedule; rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic environment
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities
Perform charge nurse duties and oversee daily operations
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Utilize EPIC for electronic health record management

Qualifications

5+ years of nursing experience required
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with charge nurse experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's Degree preferred

Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification from AWHONN within the last 2 years

Skills

Proficient in fetal heart monitoring
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment
Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff
