What You’ll Do:
- Provide care management services to individuals in recovery
- Assist in developing support networks and access to community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support organizations
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or relevant experience in recovery, peer support, and/or case management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals
