Required Qualifications (What Makes You a Fit for the Fun) High school diploma or GED—check! Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal? Blueprint-reading superpower. Clean Illinois driver's license. Ready to lift 50 lbs, conquer attics/crawl spaces, climb like a champ, and tackle any weather. Honest, hardworking, pumped for overtime/on-call, and all about that team energy. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points for Extra Awesomeness) Trade school, apprenticeship, or NATE certs.
